The Challenge
Southern Distilling Co had a reputation for producing outstanding bourbon. Our goal was to refresh the brand and tell their inspiring story with the same level of excellence as the bourbon on the shelves.
Brand Expression
Thanks to the FW strategists, we were provided with a clear brand foundation that served as the perfect jumping-off point. Our team then created the creative direction to help Southern Distilling Co express their inspiring story and heritage visually. Despite limited resources, we got creative and utilized public domain imagery to craft a toolkit that authentically captured the essence of North Carolinian whiskey history. With a well-defined grid and thoughtful curation of imagery, we created a brand identity that resonated with the founders and their beloved region.
Push the campaign
Once a look and feel was established, we created a campaign to share with their greater community. Our team created their geo targeted social ads and a digital campaign.
Our team, led by Ryan Doggendorf and Chase Stevens, seamlessly carried the refreshed brand identity into the design of a new website. The website now serves as the perfect platform to showcase Southern Distilling Co's story and products. It all has a home now.
